Terms of Service

Effective July 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of Lensweep, a desktop application published by IAM_DEV. By installing or using Lensweep, you agree to these terms.

License

Lensweep is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and the Microsoft Store terms, IAM_DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Lensweep on eligible Windows devices associated with your Microsoft Store account.

Permitted use

You may use Lensweep to inspect and organize files you own or are authorized to manage. You may not redistribute, rent, sublicense, resell, bypass technical restrictions, or reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your files and backups

You remain responsible for the files you select and for maintaining backups. Lensweep provides a review and confirmation flow and moves confirmed files to the Windows Recycle Bin, but operating-system settings or later user actions may permanently remove those files.

Detection results

Duplicate and similarity detection is computational and may produce false positives or miss some related images. You must review results before cleanup. IAM_DEV does not guarantee that every duplicate or similar image will be found.

Availability and updates

Features, format support, and system requirements may change through updates. We may modify or discontinue the application where permitted by law.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensweep is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. IAM_DEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.
